Program Philosophy
Our mission is to create social, intellectual, and spiritual foundations for children by nurturing the hopes and dreams of the whole child.
The children are given the opportunity to experience God’s love for them and for the world by exploring Bible Stories and holiday celebrations. They are encouraged to learn through active exploration of their child-centered environment.
These opportunities for learning assist the children in cultivating a positive self-concept, self-control, and self-reliance.
Parent Participation
The Palmer School, in its commitment to meeting the needs of its families, encourages continuous dialogue between parents, the teaching staff, and the Director. Visits must be prearranged with the school.

Parents are encouraged to visit and participate in special events with their children.
DuDHeading 2
Here at the Palmer School we work to create an inclusive community for our students and their families. Having families from around the world allows us to create a global community and teach our students about different cultures. Every family is invited to join in at school events, birthdays, class trips, and more. In working to create such a community we have seen life long friendships form not only among students but also parents.

We also welcome members from outside the school to come and teach our students. Every year the dentist, doctor, and other community members come to visit the Palmer School. Classes also take adventure walks out into the community to explore, especially during our Community Helpers unit.
