Expensive and fancy equipment and facilities are nice features, but
the most important measure of program quality is the staff.
The Palmer School is fortunate to have a teaching staff that is
dedicated to their profession. The Director has both early childhood
teaching and daycare administration experience. Teachers are
degreed and have certifications in Early Childhood education and/or
meet state qualifications for Group Teacher. Teaching aides have
training in childcare in addition to varying degrees of field
experience.
There are also consulting specialists in the areas of pediatrics,
psychology, and child development who provide services to the
School.
